REGISTRATION FOR 2022 SOFTBALL/BASEBALL HOUSE LEAGUE WINTER WORKOUTS

We are offering winter workout sessions to all participants REGISTERED in the spring house baseball and softball leagues. Cost is $50 and there will be a minimum of 3 workouts offered per participant.

Skokie Little League Baseball and softball is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. We’re affiliated with the Skokie Park District.

- I hereby agree that my child and I will adhere to the Skokie Little League Baseball and softball Parent and Player Codes of Conduct at https://old.skokiebaseballandsoftball.com/parent-code-of-conduct/ and https://old.skokiebaseballandsoftball.com/player-code-of-conduct/ I hereby give my approval for this child to participate in any and all activities of Skokie Little League Baseball and softball and its leagues, and agree that my child and I will follow all league rules of play and conduct. I understand that baseball and softball are sports which carry risks including collisions, tripping and being hit by a ball or bat, and that protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to players, and do hereby waive, release, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Skokie Little League Baseball and Softball and its leagues, Little League Baseball, Inc., the Skokie Park District, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, managers, coaches and persons transporting my child to and from activities, from any claim arising out of an injury whether the result of negligence or any other cause. I also understand that once uniforms are ordered only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After the first game of the season, there will be no refunds. Returned check fee is $25.00. I understand that photos/videos are periodically taken of people participating in the Skokie Little League Baseball and softball and I agree that any photograph or video taken by members of SLLBAS of me and/or my minor child/ward while participating in SLLBAS activities and events may be used by SLLBAS for promotional purposes including the newsletter, electronic media, brochures, flyers, and other publications without additional prior notice, permission or compensation to the participant.
